We carried out the inspections for the Maintenance Manager of the luxury hotel golf resort and spa, The Grove, and provided him with thorough reports and certificates confirming they were all structurally sound.

Working for Flawless Chandeliers, the highly respected chandelier cleaning and restoration company, our brass expert lovingly restored this stunning chandelier so it could once again shed its magical light over the stunning art deco ballroom.

The Great Room

Since 1929, the Great Room has welcomed royalty, presidents, actors, and musicians for the most exclusive and lavish events of the London scene. One of Europe’s largest and most impressive event spaces with a capacity of 2,000 guests to dine banquet style, the Great Room has always been the jewel in Grosvenor House’s crown.

Having worked for the hotel before, as part of a renovation project, we were asked to make and install a handrail to match the ones on a neighbour’s property.

BEFORE RENOVATION

We carried out these railing and handrail repairs for the wonderful people at this very welcoming hotel.

At the request of the hotel manager we undertook a survey of the hotel’s fire escape and provided him with a detailed report. Subsequently, we were asked to carry out the work we recommended.

We made 3 platforms to go in the kitchen’s ceiling void: one 2.5 metres x 1 metre , another 3 metres x 600mm hatch and a third 4 metres x 4 metres. Installation – as you can imagine – was tricky because of lack of space, but we – and, more importantly, the management at The Ned were pleased.

We manufactured handrails and balustrading for the roof of the newly extended hotel and secured them to the parapet wall
