At the museums’ request, we made a sample brass handle based on an original one we were given, but without the decorative pattern. Our brass specialist aced it again.

We made a replica of one of the original brass window stays at this historic building to replace one that had broken.

We manufactured and installed a new storage unit 11 metres long x 2 metres deep x 2.3 metres high with a box profile roof. The client emailed to say “All good with the new wood storage unit. Very pleased with it in fact!”

We manufactured and installed a new hinged manhole cover and frame for the National Maritime Museum’s stores.

Working early in the morning, we carefully inspected the gates’ bearings, documented their sizes and submitted a report on out findings.

Having found the gate needed new a journal, pin and bushes, we carefully lifted the gates leafs one at a time so that we could take the take measurements needed to make the new components, then re-hanged the gate leafs so the gates could be used while we made them. We then brought the new components back to site, lifted the gates leafs, replaced the components and re-hanged them, leaving the gates in good working order.
